I've always thought bearded dragons were really neat, so this past Summer when a friend contacted a breeder (& ferret shelter) about getting one for her classroom, I asked if I could also get a dragon and have him or her hitch a ride on over. She obliged and we became dragon parents :)

Fluffy is just as social as can be, and everybody that's met her has loved her. She was a particularly big hit on Halloween as we left the window by her terrarium open so all the kids could see her as they came up to the door.

She knows us too and checks to see if we might have a bag of goodies with us when we come home. Not that she's spoiled or anything.

Our kitty sleeps on the lid of her tank under the heat. It's where I find him nearly every morning on my way out the door to go to work. Fluffy doesn't seem to mind sharing - a kitty heater must be worth something. :)
